If you are unable to find a residential retreat that works for you, there are many online opportunities, including, for instance, 1-day online retreats offered by Mindful Leader.

Insight Meditation Society is based in Barre, Massachusetts, but there are many Insight Meditation centers elsewhere which can be found with a web search such as "Insight Meditation Maryland". Only a few of them are listed below.

There are many Vipassana retreats offered world-wide (see the last entry in each of the categories below), but these are very intense retreats, usually 10 days, and with up to 10 hours of meditation a day. If you are interested in doing one these, you should first do some shorter, less intense, retreats.
