Resources
Overview

The Palouse Mindfulness course material itself (articles, videos, practices) form the basis of the resources to be found on this site. Other resources have been organized into the categories you see below. Also, all of the pages of this site and most of the referenced materials are searchable (on desktop computers, see the search icon on the upper right of any page - on smartphones "search" is in the middle menu at the top of the page).

NOTE: In a special category of its own is JKZ Meditations, which is a smartphone app containing dozens of Jon Kabat-Zinn's meditations of various lengths, some as short as 3 minutes, as well as his original 45-minute Body Scan and Sitting Meditations. It is a fee-based app, but only $2.98/month to cover administration costs, and for anyone who can't afford even this, a no-cost subscription will be given to any who ask, no questions asked. Subscribers are invited to live zoom sessions with Jon, held via zoom every 2 months, which include a meditation and Q&A.
