You know that feeling deep down inside that feels like there is something more to being human than what has been experienced to this point? This is how I felt most of my life. What is this more that the deeper aspect of me was curious about? At times it felt like I received a glimpse of that deeper sense of who I am, who we are. Mindfulness practices especially during quiet durations of being with what is, I have felt this connection more and more. It is subtle. It is a level of connection that you may have heard about such as "We are one" or "We are connected" and wondered about its meaning. This mindfulness journey into the depth of our being while in some ways feels like a solitary one, allows for a connection that transcends the physical. It is a fun exploration of self and so much more. One that feels like it has no ending. Welcome! Let's enjoy the journey together!
