I have always wanted to help people and this brought me to my first career as a Metropolitan Police Constable. As a police officer I learned the importance of conflict management, crisis intervention, and deep listening. As I sought to cultivate inner peace, I learned the power of mindfulness and explored the cutting-edge potential of AI assisted self-development. I am inspired by the traditional Tibetan practice of Shiné meditation, centered on the cultivation of deep inner peace and clarity. I believe this transformative approach to personal growth and mental wellbeing is a key to living with more peace and a compassionate presence.
